Guest Waiver

Waiver Form for Members and Guests

Members must print and require all guests to sign a waiver form. One signed waiver is required per guest per visit. If your guest is under 19, the parent or guardian must sign it.

The waivers should be placed in one of the black mail boxes located around the various parts of the range (clubhouse, 100 yard and 300 yard ranges, and the five stand shotgun range).

Guest Rules

  • Members may bring up to 2 guests per visit.
  • Individuals are allowed to visit the range as a guest once per year.
  • The member is responsible for the behavior of their guests, and guests must remain with the member at all times while on the range.
  • Family members (a spouse and children under age 19) may accompany the CAGC member to the range at any time.
  • Eye protection is mandatory once you leave your vehicle, even if you are not shooting.
