When you apply for membership, the site keeps what you enter on the application: your name, address, phone, email, NRA membership number, age, emergency contact and sponsor, plus the documents you sign and the record of your payment. When you send a message through a contact form, the site keeps the message and the details you gave with it.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. The club never sees or stores your full card number.
When you sign a club document online, the club keeps your typed name, the details you entered, the date and time, your IP address and browser, and the exact version of the document you signed, as the club’s record. It is visible to you, to club officers and to site administrators.
The club emails members about renewals, meetings and club business at the address on file. Your email address is for CAGC use only and is not provided to others.
The site sets the cookies WordPress needs to keep you signed in. It does not run advertising trackers.
